Wisa Majamaa is in charge of the real estate funds of the ICECAPITAL Group and is the Managing Director of ICECAPITAL Real Etate Asset Management Ltd. Prior to joining ICECAPITAL, Dr Majamaa was employed by Aventum Partners Ltd (2008-2009) where he worked with structuring and fund-raising for real estate private equity funds. Dr Majamaa has extensive experience in the real estate and construction businesses, having worked for over eight years as a director in YIT and prior to that in planning and contracting in Finland, Russia and the Baltic countries.

Tommy Väisänen joined ICECAPITAL Real Estate Asset Management Ltd as Deputy Managing Director in August 2006. He is in charge of acquisition of new properties and investments in Russia. Prior to ICECAPITAL, Mr. Väisänen worked for ABB Current Oy as their real estate director and was in charge of the real estate assets of the ABB Group in Finland (1996-2006). He also has wide experience in the construction industry, gained during a 13-year career at the YIT Group. He was responsible for launching YIT’s business operations in the Baltic countries in the early 1990s.

Juha Haapakoski joined ICECAPITAL Real Estate Asset Management Ltd as a real estate manager in September 2006. He is in charge of managing funds’ properties and acquisition of new properties. Prior to ICECAPITAL, Mr. Haapakoski worked for SATO Corporation in housing property administration tasks, being in charge of the rental and maintenance of several thousand apartments (1998-2006). Mr. Haapakoski has 11 years of experience in property management. In addition to that, he has worked as a trainer in the Real Estate Education and Training Institute since 1993.

Pasi Jänkälä joined ICECAPITAL Real Estate Asset Management Ltd as a Director in April 2010.He is in charge of financial management of the funds. Mr. Jänkälä has almost 20 years of experience in the private equity industry, having been responsible for investor relations and fund structures, and the evaluation, development and sale of portfolio companies. Prior to joining ICECAPITAL he served as industrial analyst and business controller at Sitra, Secretary General of the FVCA, manager at Eqvitec Partners, director at Conventum and partner at BioFund.

Jouni Lindström joined ICECAPITAL Real Estate Asset Management in June 2010. Prior to ICECAPITAL Mr. Lindström has worked as a house manager for Avara. His responsibilities included managing the rental and maintenance of over 3000 apartments. Prior to Avara Mr. Lindström worked at the same kind of positions for Sato and Istive. He has also had various tasks in in Nordea Oyj; mainly with advancing and securities.
