Saint Petersburg Residential Fund I LP

ICECAPITAL’s private equity fund business went international in August 2007 with the establishment of the ICECAPITAL Saint Petersburg Residential Fund I LP, in partnership with three Finnish institutional investors. The fund became fully invested in 2009 with total capital of EUR 45 million. The fund invests its assets in residential properties mainly at economical B-area in St Petersburg by purchasing 276 flats from the building completed in the end of 2009.
