Housing Fund II LP

ICECAPITAL Housing Fund II LP was established in June 2009 with total capital of EUR 400 million, in partnership with institutional and private investors. The active investment period of the fund continues until June 2012. The fund invests in new or recently renovated residential rental properties in the Helsinki metropolitan area and 11 other main urban growth areas in Finland and leases them at market price.
