Managing Director

The managing director is responsible for managing ICECAPITAL Securities Ltd’s business operations in compliance with valid legislation, official regulations, the articles of association and the instructions provided by the Board. The managing director reports to the board of directors, providing sufficient information about the company’s business environment and operations, prepares presentations on matters to be discussed by the board, and implements the board’s decisions – unless the board decides otherwise in individual cases. The managing director directs and supervises operations within the Group and its various business areas. The Group has taken out liability insurance on behalf of the managing director.
