ICECAPITAL Securities Ltd maintains an insider register in compliance with the Securities Markets Act and the relevant standard issued by the Financial Supervisory Authority. The chairman of the board, the board members, the auditor, and all of the parent company’s employees are required to declare their holdings to those maintaining the insider register. The chief financial officer of the ICECAPITAL Group is responsible for maintaining the company’s insider register. ICECAPITAL Securities Ltd maintains a register of insiders with a duty to declare in the Nordic Central Securities Depository, which receives information about securities holdings directly from the book-entry system.
